PRODUCT

Sizing

Lebor offers a carefully curated range of sizes for each product, tailored to the specific dimensions of each garment. Every item is accompanied by an individual size chart which reflects the unique characteristics of each piece and provides measurements in centimeters. 

The size guide includes a clothing converter to help you determine the equivalent proportions according to various international standards. This resource is designed to ensure you have all the guidance needed to select the perfect size.


Product Care

All our products are  thoughtfully crafted from carefully selected materials, reflecting our deep commitment to quality and detail. Comprehensive information on the composition of each item, along with our recommended care guidelines, is available on every product page.


ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Order status

Orders are typically dispatched within a maximum of 2 working days. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included.


During peak periods, such as Christmas or promotional sales, processing times may be extended.


Upon successful order placement, a confirmation email will be sent to acknowledge the transaction. At this stage, the payment will be deducted from the client's bank account.






Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the status of your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier to update the tracking information after the shipping confirmation has been issued.


Payment method

Variety of payment methods are accepted, including credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Please be aware that if you choose to pay through your PayPal account, your order will be shipped to the address associated with that account.



Order Cancellation / Order Modification

Once an order is submitted, it can no longer be altered. The only viable option is cancellation, which is only available during the initial stages of order processing.


As the order progresses further in the preparation phase, cancellation becomes impractical, especially once the tracking number has been assigned.


For orders still in their early processing stages and eligible for cancellation, customers will receive an email confirming both the cancellation and the refund.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns & exchanges policy

At Lebor Gabala, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 14-day period for returns or exchanges from the date of receipt. 


Whether you wish to return or exchange an item, please review our Return Policy for comprehensive guidelines and conditions.


Refunds

When your return is accepted, a refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed.


Notice that we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for any additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard one we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date we receive the product.


Exchanges

If you believe that the product delivered does not conform to the contract, due to a flaw or defect, you must contact us through our contact form or send an e-mail to hello@leborgabala.com
