SHIPPING INFORMATION

Lebor Gabala offers shipping to the European Union, the United States and the United Kingdom.

Lebor Gabala offers complimentary standard shipping within the European Union on orders over 400 EUR. Please note that the free shipping will be applied at checkout.

The prices of the products listed on this website include VAT but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount at checkout. Depending on the delivery location of the order, the shipping costs will be as follows:

National shipping to Spain: 5 €. Delivery in 1 - 3 business days.

Shipping to Europe:10 €. Delivery in 2 - 4 business days.

United Kingdom and United States: 20 €. Delivery in 3 - 5 business days. Orders outside the European Union may be subject to duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders are typically dispatched within a maximum of 2 working days. Please be aware that dispatch times may increase during high-demand periods. 

 

ORDER STATUS

Upon successful order placement, a confirmation email will be sent to acknowledge the transaction. At this stage, the payment will be deducted from the client's bank account.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the status of your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier to update the tracking information after the shipping confirmation has been issued.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

For orders outside the European Union, Lebor Gabala shipments adhere to the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) agreement, which means that the displayed product prices do not include taxes and duties.

As the recipient, you are responsible for any import duties, customs, and local sales taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges must be settled to release your order from customs upon arrival. For an estimate of the taxes you may incur, please contact your local customs office.

Please note that the amount of these fees and taxes may be deducted from any refund or other amounts you may claim.


PAYMENT TYPES AND SECURITY

Variety of payment methods are accepted, including credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Please be aware that if you choose to pay through your PayPal account, your order will be shipped to the address associated with that account.

It is crucial for Lebor Gabala to ensure that customers feel safe when ordering our products. Sensitive information, such as your name, personal ID number, and credit card details, is protected in a rigorous manner.

 

DELIVERY FAILURE

If UPS is unable to deliver to the provided address, they may make an additional delivery attempt or redirect the order to the nearest UPS Access Point. You will receive an email with these details at the address provided during purchase. If no email address is given, it will be necessary to proactively monitor the status of your delivery

Should delivery prove impossible and UPS must return the order to us, Lebor Gabala will not arrange a new delivery. We will be entitled to charge you for all costs incurred throughout the shipping process, even if the initial shipping was provided free of charge.

 

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not pleased with your order, you may return items within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

The steps to follow are:

1. Notification of Return: to exercise your right to return, you must inform us of your decision to return the items by sending a clear message via email to hello@leborgabala.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email to initiate the return process. You may use the model return form available on our website here, or any other clear statement indicating your decision to return the items, identifying the order in question.

2. Prepare and ship your return: the return method will be chosen by the customer, and the cost will be at their expense. The customer is responsible for selecting the shipping company, generating and printing the shipping label, ensuring the package is in good condition and properly packed, and arranging for the pick-up or drop-off with the shipping company.

In any case, the products must be returned in perfect condition. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and with their tags. Your right to withdraw from the contract will apply only to those products returned in the same condition in which you received them. No refund will be given if the product has been used beyond mere opening, if it is not in the same condition as delivered, or if it has been damaged. To ensure the products are returned in perfect condition, appropriate packaging for their characteristics and shipping method must be used.

3. Refund Process: when your return is accepted, a refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed.

Notice that we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs and taxes, without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date we receive the product. We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

We reserve the right to decline any returns that do not meet the specified requirements. If a return is rejected, we will notify you by email, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

If an exchange is requested, the process should follow the standard return procedure, and the product must be sent back in perfect condition, following the instructions provided above. The refund can be issued as store credit or through the original payment method.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

If you believe that the product delivered does not conform to the contract, due to a flaw or defect, you must contact us through our contact form or send an e-mail to hello@leborgabala.com 

Provide the identifying details of the product and the order it refers to, and specify the defect or flaw. Please also attach photos to verify the defect.
