Lebor Gabala has participated in the digital edition of Barcelona fashion week, 080 Barcelona Fashion, presenting today, Thursday, April 7, his Aurora FW22/23 proposal in digital show format and in a streaming broadcast through the website of the catwalk.

The chosen scenario has been edificio Meierwhere the Museum of Contemporary Art of Barcelona (MACBA) is located – which is characterized by its white color complemented by open spaces, glass skylights and reflective materials that give it a special luminosity.

The Aurora Fall/Winter 2022-2023 collection is inspired by the Lebor Gabala team’s last trip to Norway. The impact of the light of the northern lights and the exciting colors that are drawn in the sky as if dancing to the rhythm of the Earth’s vibration, is materialized in this collection with the wide range of colors. From the very happy and lively ones to the most neutral ones, as if it were the moment they disappear.

At Aurora AW22/23 you will find coats, peacoats and petite jackets in wool and alpaca with checkered, houndstooth and fantasy jacquard, always with lots of color, taking inspiration from the bright lights of the northern lights. In this line, a series of basic plain sweaters with small 100% wool braids in a basic cut and crop key that provide a very versatile alternative.

They also blend superfine Merino wool with silk in a series of cardigans, jumpers and pants that add movement and a more fluid look to the knitted collection. You will discover the most wintery touch in the baby alpaca openwork shawls, with and without fringes, and shawls to wrap yourself in. And as usual, they present an out of the box of the main inspiration with a very sixties blazer and pants suit in wool jersey fabric.
